Pros

Outerknown has built out its corporate team, and elevated the caliber of talent. It is excited to see the work being done and the direction of the company. There is a real excitement about the direction we are moving in, elevating the women's line, expanding brick-and-mortar retail stores, building out a brand marketing team, invested in an expansive and sophisticated e-commerce team, and more. So excited to be a part of this growing team and organization!!

Cons

Disappointed by past Glassdoor reviews, not sure about their credibility, or the accuracy of statements, but can only speak to my experience which is excited about the potential and future of this brand. A super talented, energized, high performing group, committed to making a difference together.

Pros

There are good employees that work here and certain departments have much more structure and better leadership than others. The product is of good quality.

Cons

Outerknown is run by a folks that are more interested in flexing their power and ego than what’s best for the business.
