Strategy and execution is not possible to match. CEO is micromanaging, general vibes are based on mistrust and atmosphere in working with each other is an absolute catastrophy. Incredible high fluctuation among leadership team.

Outdooractive scores with product-related attractions (software, technology, hiking app, travel guide) and an interesting interpersonal environment (internationality, start-up mentality, collegiality, knowledge-based job profiles) above all with the location of its headquarters in Immenstadt, in the middle of the Allgäu Alps. The mountains and the Alpsee lake right on the doorstep. Colleagues who draw you outside for hiking, climbing, swimming, cycling, beach volleyball,... Not to forget the good food (we regularly cook each other vegetarian meals), the good air (the cleanest air in Germany), lots of exercise, light, contact with nature, social relationships. I think it is this healthy mixture that shapes our modern working and living environment and makes it so extraordinary.

The company is constantly changing and reinventing itself. The environment is therefore challenging and not made for everyone...
