      I don't see any pros in working for Outdooractive

      Cons

      A place that doesn't respect people with a huge lack of leadership. Very weak management. They even downgraded a guy because he took paternity leave. No wonder the company has such bad results. It's depressing. There is no reason one would want to work at Outdooractive.

      - lots of talented colleagues - annual events where you can meet colleagues from other regions

      Cons

      - huge turnover with monthly changeover where new employees are let go during probation with no justification - ceo takes control of projects and ignores experience and knowledge of employees for own preferences - overall sentiment at company is poor with no job security and no progression

      Working in the Outdoor Industry

      Cons

      Strategy and execution is not possible to match. CEO is micromanaging, general vibes are based on mistrust and atmosphere in working with each other is an absolute catastrophy. Incredible high fluctuation among leadership team.
