You don't even know when you will get your salary, no PF, no health insurance, no payslip. Even though you finish your daily routine within the official working hours of the company, the manager assumes that you aren't working whole heartedly and expects you to stay till midnight in order to satisfy his ego. They will make you to work till late in the night and expect you show up at the next morning on a regular basis if not continous. Toxic managers and HR's who always keep complaining and are not satisfied with your work performance. They will tie you down in that company for 3 years in the name of bond. They will expect you to do every tasks alone for which there are multiple teams within MNC's for the same task and pay you peanuts. Even those employees who managed to go through the probation are eagerly waiting for their bond to end in order to leave this company.
