Can get tricky to communicate with other team members in different time zones but we have allocated meetings to combat this.

The best thing about Outdefine is that they trust you to do your work. Outdefine gives you all the tools and resources you could want or need to help you accomplish the goals that you set for yourself. We are 100% remote, and have a great team. The founders do really care about every single person and try to help them in their individual role. They treat everyone like a subject matter expert and ask them about their perspective on certain matters in the company.

It is a startup and things are getting built out week by week. We do have international company, so a lot of the team works in several different time zones. If you don't mind building things from the ground up Outdefine is a perfect place to work.
