      Pros

      Coworkers are very much team players, always helpful. Company perks are great. Hybrid model very convenient.

      Cons

      Mergers have caused the company to be disorganized. Responsibilities and team/leadership structure are inconsistent causing gaps in services and stressful environment. Data process is ancient.

      I can't really think of any. Some of the people are friendly but most couldn't assist a paper bag

      Most everything, everything is changing at rapid pace and none of it is good. They're hire anyone without technical knowledge so clients don't get great help. They have an intake queue that just takes a call and escalates the issue. Clients leaving in droves.
