1. Caring team members who truly want to help out software professionals land their dream job 2. Very transparent culture and openness to feedback - both receiving and giving 3. Flat hierarchy and a very approachable CEO 4. The philosophy behind following ethical practices to drive the growth of the company 5. Very diverse team working from across the globe 5. Permanent remote job 6. Great work-life balance in spite of being a startup - people are respectful of each other's efforts and time.
Cons
Like all startups, there could be ambiguities and process changes happening frequently. This is not really a con for people who are looking to solve problems (as the team is always willing to hear feedback and get better)
