      Startup company with great ideas in ticketing, will be the next best event ticketing company. Great co workers,

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't listen to employees, overworked, software is not expanding enough with the growth of company. Vacation time only 10 days, not a good work life balance. Management staff is fake and caddy

      Pros

      Neat industry to work in combining tech and entertainment. Challenging work. Good people / co-workers.

      Cons

      Leadership can be difficult to work with. Ideas aren't always welcomed. Tough to move the maturity needle - many like doing things the way they've always been done.

      Pros

      Great people. Office location is a plus, arms length from Staples Center. Great health benefits. Company provided lunches often, and snacks daily.

      Cons

      Poor tools to work with, Management tends to be in survival mode rather than proactivity. No clear path for advancement. Minor pay increases within job. Too far removed from end result of work.
