      Company provides free accommodation and pays for all utilities including internet and Foxtel. Company car is provided, 7 weeks annual a year and relocation allowance.

      Cons

      Living and working in remote indigenous communities can take a mental toll. Management can sometimes micromanage but a lot of the times you are left to run your own store.

      Able to experience remote community life. Witness great country. Can save a lot of money. Great for those that like the quiet life, and are resilient.

      Cons

      Community life is isolating. Support from management varies. Single store managers experience a lack of support more severely.
