Pros

Great People, great atmosphere, a clear ladder for improvement within the company. A ton of opportunity for promotions and transfers if needed.

Cons

Base pay is lower than most other similar brands. Bonuses are available, but the bonuses designed to motivate performance are influenced more by store location than your actual performance. Only about $500 a quarter can be swayed based on your individual output. The other bonuses will net you $0-1800, but 99% of the time your store’s location will have more effect on that bonus than your actual effort.

Pros

The store level can be a really rewarding experience, I come to work and genuinely enjoy my job and coworkers.

Cons

Hovering corporate can be a headache. You don't have a say on which location you are sent to after training just a consideration of your location and commute. The bonus system is lacking with metrics that are hard to obtain and only quarterly. Raises are hardly cost of living wages and seniority isnt rewarded as new managers typically come in making as much if not more than senior managers.
