Cons
Management hired out instead of promoting current employees to Servers/Food Runners. I began very motivated and worked extremely hard to move up quickly. The manager recognized my work and told me that I would move up soon. Took more than a year and several outside hires before I moved up. I left shortly after because I was still bussing and hosting even after my "promotion"
