      Long process for performance reviews (which can be a pro compared to company who dont even give you a chance / voice on the matter)

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
