Lack of integrity and fairness. Insecure leader who only hires people either from his ex-company. Made a mockery of and cheated the company's hiring system AppDynamics or either from Indian states of Odisha/Bengal who speaks his local language. Kills diversity and making a team of yes-men Not a risk taker but only want to get credit from global deals to India team & keep game going till management finds out HR from Singapore is only clerical and admin worker. It has interviewed many people, asked them to do assignments & never reverted back. Company carries a bad reputation in market as his leader because they do window shopping and make a mockery of transparent hiring process by promoting nepotism
