Pros
The review title says it: our low-code platform is the world leader and has it all to make a big change in how business solutions are being developed around the world. And we want our customers fully autonomous to make full use of the platform. Smart people everywhere available whom you can learn from and lots of opportunities to grow. Yes, you work hard but it is no blood-sucking, Accenture-like place and you are given a good deal of autonomy to manage your time and how you work (including remote) with good benefits.
Cons
Trying to create more autonomy for US and APAC offices but not there yet: true proactiveness and drive from people in these regions would be especially rewarded with opportunity. People Ops / HR is kind of slow when introducing improvement, for example regarding performance reviews.
