      - lots of autonomy in role, no micromanagement - EMEA leadership listen to their employee’s - Good pay - Good commission - Good culture

      Cons

      - High pressure to deliver - Be prepared to work at Christmas - Some months were travelling a lot

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
