Nothing - almost all employees have resigned due to the behaviour of Tiago and the refusal to pay wages and pension payments.

I am updating my review as a former employee. I have not received my outstanding pension payments - both employer and employee contributions that were taken from my salary. I have had to open a case and the company has been reported. Other former colleagues also have outstanding money owed - everyone has pension payments outstanding and some are still owed salary payments. Tiago has not responded to any correspondence from Tribunals or pensions regulators and not paid any of the monies he has so far been told he has to. It is fraudulent to take money from an employees wages for the purpose of pension payments and not pay it into the pension fund. He has had glassdoor reviews removed regarding these issues despite them being true. His behaviour is absolutely deplorable.
