If you are not friends with your boss or co-worker then you wont make it in that company. I was micromanaged by someone on my same role, was never given positive feedback only negative -sometimes condescending/patronizing -My boss wasnt willing to work with me so she put me under someone who was on my same position and this person was very disrespectful, my boss knew this but just discarded it saying "it´s just his personality, he might be sometimes aggresive¨ and did nothing. She would constantly said she´d help me but never did, She was more concerned with this new account we were launching. next thing I knew I was being removed out of the company just because. This is not a people first company at all. I didnt hit it off with the other manager -who is a close friend of my former boss-and even though I tried to handle things professionally and reach out to this individual about having a good work environment he just did the oppposite and my boss eventually became uninterested which resulted on them letting me go. My last days there were hell, Doing things without me knowing, Everybody got a task but me, or I would be given the most unrelated/random task. I learned that my boss never trusted me so I really never stood a chance with them.
