Pros

The hybrid setup offers good flexibility, which definitely sets OutForce apart from many other BPOs. The recruitment and onboarding processes were quick and straightforward, and the pre-employment requirements were easy to meet. The clients are generally accommodating and supportive of employees’ requests sometimes even beyond standard company policies. Management is quite lenient and doesn’t strictly enforce rules or standards, which creates a very relaxed, low-pressure environment. Overall, the workload is light, and the atmosphere is casual and comfortable.

Cons

For those who prefer more guidance or defined processes, work here might be challenging.

Pros

The company works with a diverse range of clients, which has really expanded my experience and kept things interesting. There’s a clear opportunity for growth. Flexible work setup, being able to work hybrid or adjust working hours has made it so much easier to balance both personal life and professional responsibilities.

Cons

There are inconsistencies in how policies and procedures are applied. At times, it feels like expectations differ depending on who you ask, which leads to confusion and a sense that things aren’t always fair. Another area for improvement is recognition and feedback. It’s disheartening when hard work goes unnoticed or when the feedback provided is too general to be helpful. A little more acknowledgment would go a long way in boosting team morale. One of the more challenging aspects I’ve observed is the lack of respect toward leadership from a few team members. It can create tension in the work environment and sometimes makes it harder to stay focused and productive. Lastly, communication between management and staff could be better. There have been moments where priorities weren’t clearly communicated, or updates came too late, causing delays and avoidable misunderstandings.
