They fired 50% of the staff during a mass layoff, eliminating our jobs with no warning or meetings. This included positions in production, quality control, quality assurance, compliance and purchasing. Beware of this company. Ourpharma only cares about upper management. The staff that didn't get fired immediately got a pay-cut and benefits depleted.
