- Everyone on the team is united by the mission. I think this is really powerful and makes it easy (in a sense) to make decisions about the company and the product - we genuinely want what is best for our users. - Thing here move quickly and change regularly! This is something I find exciting but others might find stressful. - Having working arrangement flexibility is really nice - people work from home / remotely regularly and no one is weird about it. - It's a fun place to work! The team gets along well and everyone is really talented and motivated.

For me there aren't any, but as with any growing start-up you need to be able to handle the fact that it's a fast-paced working environment and things might be a bit stressful.

- Backed by great venture capitalists - Great location for anybody living in London - Uses latest and robust technology stack for product development - Open minded co workers and founders

- Lack of trust from founders - Elitist behaviour, if you're educational background is not from high achieving universities the founders will make sure to let you know through lack of trust with responsibilities, and tone of voice when working with you. - No end goal of the business, vision or mission...Working towards what? - Lack of diversity (hiring white females does not make you a diverse startup) - Founders do not have a strong business background, need mentoring themselves (however can be a pro since they are willing to learn). - Lack of inspiration from co workers.
