Amazing culture and people. Great benefits (for example they pay 100% of the monthly Healthcare premiums), PTO, etc. Managers are great, people are respected. You have a voice on your team. Fully remote! But you can go into the office if you want, it has great snacks. Love it here.

I can't think of any cons. People stick around.

The engineers, QA, PM, EM, and design individuals are all great. Without an exception, every one of the ICs I worked with was amazing. They all were capable, personable, and doing the best they could. I loved working with them. The people absolutely made the day to day great.

Leadership. Unfortunately leadership would blindside folks with changes, pivots, demands, and at times seemingly random firings. For as much as the ICs were amazing, the product and engineering leadership lacked transparency and feigned being collaborative when they would instead decide for teams what they had to do, eliminating any of the autonomy that was supposed to exist.
