      Great company to start your business in the financial industry. All the training you need is provided and the culture is amazing. A company that was truly created for the people by giving everyone the opportunity and mentorship needed to succeed.

      It might take a while to earn if you are not licensed.

      Nice people. Lots of support and training.

      Cons

      Unless you are experienced and are willing to recruit and build a team you will have a hard time making a living. You'd better be willing to work 40 hours or more if you want to succeed. If you just want to work part time, don't bother.
