Pros
Working with the community of grievers as well as with volunteers. Learned a tremendous amount about grief and how to best support the bereaved.
Cons
Management. Managers micro manage licensed therapists, along with everyone else. UNSAFE environment. Bullying is tolerated after multiple complaints to management and the Board of Directors. Low pay. Inauthentic directors who don't really care about their staff. No opportunity for growth.
