Pros

The starting pay was fair. They were very accommodating any time I had a doctors appointment or needed to stay home with my child.

Cons

Upper management is just as helpful as an absent father. They are only available to the favorites. Very little communication. Extremely childish clinicians who need middle school drama to get through their day. My coworkers who are Asian- American, were paid significantly less than my starting pay even though they have been employed with the company for 5 years.

Great management and everybody that works here is just awesome. Good structure for onboarding new hires.

Cons

No clear career path or structure for promotions/raises.

Pros

Mission-oriented culture, Excellent leadership in North America and many quality employees that continue to strive for better and better. Modernization efforts are recognized and prioritized with many initiatives underway. If you perform well, recognition and career mobility follows.

Cons

Hard to drive change at times with certain team members. Clean data and systems can be an issue that requires manual efforts, but change is underway. IT processes can be hard to understand and time-consuming.
