Worked with some great people, many I still keep in touch with.

Cons

Compensation is based on growth, so if you work same territory with same product lines, you max out. Only chance to earn any more is to have a down year and follow it up with a good one.

Great management and everybody that works here is just awesome. Good structure for onboarding new hires.

No clear career path or structure for promotions/raises.

Mission-oriented culture, Excellent leadership in North America and many quality employees that continue to strive for better and better. Modernization efforts are recognized and prioritized with many initiatives underway. If you perform well, recognition and career mobility follows.

Cons

Hard to drive change at times with certain team members. Clean data and systems can be an issue that requires manual efforts, but change is underway. IT processes can be hard to understand and time-consuming.
