Supportive new ownership has aggressive growth plans for well established industrial business serving the environmental industry, and is investing heavily to make it happen. Company is successful and customers enjoy the relationship and experience, too! A renewed focus on sustainability is a huge plus also.

The business has faced many challenges since the founder's passing, with a very difficult period under prior ownership by a PE firm. The new current ownership provides the company a bright outlook, with great energy and skills to support the business going forward.

PTO accrual. Outside of that, there are no pros.

Never seen such incompetent top management. They're refusing to pay bills resulting in repossessions, police showing up, employees unable to access the building or even have PPE to work safely. Management treats operators horribly and threatens their jobs constantly. Owner repeatedly told us he didn't care about the company as he would insult multiple staff members on calls. We make trash cans and this guy refuses to buy raw material to even do that.
