Pros

None worth mentioning. The schedule is flexible but, if you work any overtime, good luck getting your time paid.

Cons

Long list. Here are a few of the things noticed during my short time in the company: -Employees are often asked to conduct work in a manner that most professionals would consider inappropriate or unethical. -No regard for employee safety. -Very poor communication, unless one likes to be yelled at. -Staff meetings at 4:30 pm on Fridays. The most unproductive I have ever attended. -Misleading information when recruiting new employees. Don't believe it, check the facts with other former employees, clients, and the department of labor. The reality is harsh one you are in. -Even if you can stand your ground, it is tough to see how others are treated so poorly. -If you take a job here, hold on to every record of communication. Cover your bases, it can be good if you find yourself in legal troubles in the future. -Don't expect competitive compensation, even if you are promised a pay adjustment after your probation time. -Most people I talked to, realized they made a mistake during their first week of employment. - Most people in the office quit their job before I did; a new wave of people came and they are all gone now. The highest rotation of staff I have ever seen in the industry. And many left without having another job lined up. Do not waste your time and energy trying to improve things; they won't and will likely continue to get worse. -Most former employees I know regret the experience and it took them a while to get back on track with their careers. Those that don't talk about it have their hands tied or don't have another option. Read factors that affect employee mobility if you are interested in the topic. -And at the center of all this is Ed Fleming, a good employee's worst nightmare. Disclosure: I'm not a disgruntled former employee, I moved on fine with my career. My statements are just facts and observations worth noting for anyone doing a background check on this company, either as a potential client or a potential employee. I strongly recommend that you do your research before committing.

Pros

If your a biologist who loves what they do, it can be interesting. Other than that nothing much to compliment.

Cons

There is truly one and only one issue, it simply rears its head in every way possible. The problem is the owner, Ed Flemming. Never in all my years have I met a person who is so cruel, thoughtless, cheap, and irresponsible. Every problem is solved the same terribly inefficient way. He finds the absolute cheapest option possible (despite that millions are brought into the company every year) he then delegates it to whoever is closest at the time, and immidiatley proceeds to forget everything he's just done. Two to three weeks later will get some reminder that it hasn't been done to his desired specifications and will then berate the majority of not the entirety of his staff. I believe he may be autistic and is more than certainly a border-line sociopath. This place and this guy are the worst things that will ever happen to you.
