Pros

Company culture is good for non salespeople

Cons

Compensation is way below market, and you are paid hourly not on salary. Management doesn't know how to effectively lead a sales team in the enterprise space Strict back to office mandate. Stale account list and lack of autonomy to hunt new accounts. f you are a technical person it's probably a much better experience.

-A lot of opportunities to grow and try new roles in your career -Good Benefits -Unlimited PTO (US) and flexible work environment -People are extremely supportive and willing to help -More 'relaxed' work environment (compared to larger corporations) -Company encourages people to show up to work as their authentic selves

Cons

-Behind the market on compensation -A lot changes (however, if you can adapt quickly it allows room for you to grow)
