      * friendly environment * Advanced Technologies * Dealing with diff nationalities and culture

      Cons

      * for a long duration, i was doing nothing * not managed well * they were hiring a lot of people meanwhile they don't need all of those *not professional environment * they didn't renew the contract for a lot of employees in development team
