Pros

-value-led leadership that follows through on commitments, embraces flexibility and collaboration -amazing clients to work with, almost never had escalations or issues -a friendly and helpful atmosphere, you can ask almost anyone for help easily -great industry, products that make a difference -good procedures and systems in place; very organized

Cons

-some appreciation programs felt ingenuine, I think leadership sent recognition out a week before the Gallup surveys just so we could say yes to that portion. -Dependence on overtime volunteers- can get dangerous as it becomes an expectation instead of an appreciation. -complaints are handled in a very visible way, no confidentiality when you submit one -no room for growth/advancement at the Kitchener location -compensation on the lower end compared to other client service roles
