Some of the smartest, least egocentric group of people I've had the pleasure of working with in a long time. Add to that a technology that actually delivers real predictions in an open model product (no black box to hide behind). The culture is fun (not forced but because everyone is actually fun and likes to hang out together). ALL of our customers are seeing real ROI results that are attributable to the Othot platform directly. And a market in flux that needs advanced tools to survive or thrive.

I am obligated to come into the office. Oh, wait, no I'm not because we all are adults here so there's a slack channel simply to let people know you won't be in but that you are actively doing work and can be reached. So I guess zero Cons.
