Pros
Friendly staff, everyone is very kind and accepting. The money is great, 95% of customers are a pleasure to wait on, and you can't beat working outside on the patio in the summer.
Cons
The hours can be rough as you might expect in hospitality. Have to work almost all holidays, weekends, and nights. Also seems like there are too many managers of different departments who don't communicate as efficiently as they could.
