Pros

Through my internship experience, I had the opportunity to work with people across multiple departments. In addition, I was able to work with employees across different levels, including upper management. The projects I worked on exposed me to process diagramming, data management, and increasing efficiencies within a process. At the conclusion of my internship, I was able to present some of my work to the upper management team. In this presentation, I was given valuable feedback, and shown how my work could be put into action.

Cons

Due to COVID-19, many of the employees I was directly working with were working from home. This posed some challenges with communication because I couldn't immediately talk to someone on demand, a meeting needed to be scheduled.

Pros

It's easy to get a job there because of high employee turnover, they are always looking for people.

Cons

Immature and aggressive management, they don't foster teamwork but instead cause employee silos. Training is non-existent, typical "Figure it out" mentality, no guidance or help what so ever. The company has no real focus on growth, their idea of subscriber retention is to simply buy obscure rural telephone companies that no one else wants. Customer support is absolutely horrible, poor account and billing platforms, missing records, no circuit or facility database to speak of.
