Pros

1. One of the best open work cultures I’ve ever experienced in any agency in Pune. 2. The entire team is extremely supportive and always ready to help. 3. There are lots of celebrations throughout the year, which keeps the work environment vibrant and full of energy. 4. Yes, the workload is real — but if you’re someone who’s ready to work hard and grow your career, this is the right place for you. 5. The management genuinely takes employee concerns seriously and acts on them. 6. Every month, our boss conducts a “Secret Feedback Activity”, where employees can anonymously share their opinions. The best part is — the management truly listens and implements valuable suggestions. 6. I’ve personally seen my feedback being implemented at the company level, which shows how much they value every voice. 7 .I’ve never seen a culture where a leader takes monthly feedback for himself, managers, and the company through a “Chai Pe Charcha” session — that too in such an open and positive way. 8. The best part of Osumare is Umesh Sir — an emotional, empathetic leader who treats everyone like family and always stands by his team. I can share anything with him without hesitation. Earlier, I used to work from the office, but due to personal reasons, I requested to shift to work from home — and Sir immediately supported my situation with full understanding. Truly proud to be a part of Osumare Family ❤️

Cons

Pros

Great place to learn the fundamentals of digital marketing. As an intern, I got hands-on exposure to SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and basic campaign analysis. The team was supportive and willing to guide whenever I had questions. The work environment was friendly, and I appreciated the opportunity to work on real projects rather than just theory.

Cons

The learning pace is fast, which can be challenging initially
