Very bad, avoid like the plague - Anonymous employee Ossur Employee Review

Where do I start? Very bad and unprofessional treatment of new starters who are expected to learn almost everything for themselves. Middle management is very immature and arrogant or grumpy and unapproachable. You are expected to take calls from clients without proper training and are then disciplined for not being confident or for taking too long to find product codes from a huge range of products and sizes. IT is a complete shambles with out of date, slow and confusing systems. Sales force are treated like heroes for products that almost sell themselves.
