      Pros

      The people. Not only are they knowledgeable and experts in the software and life sciences fields, they are decent, patient, helpful, and collaborative. Just downright nice. No stress monkeys.

      Cons

      I haven't been here three months yet. But so far, I haven't found any major ones to speak of.

      -Employee Minded -Focuses on Retention -Open Communication -Welcomes Ideas from everyone -Open door policy -Clients' needs are important, they are not just a number -Delivery satisfaction and focus

      Cons

      The holiday days off/vacation days do not always align with the client holiday days off.
