      Pros

      Management creates a great friend connection to the employees and always makes me feel heard. I can communicate well with my point people for contract work.

      Cons

      Whoever makes the decisions about pay for front desk employees does not care about inflation or hours and is always happy to cut hours for staff while increasing spending on misc other gym elements.
