      Management - Often what leadership says doesn’t match up with what they actually do. - They tend to make snap decisions without much room for flexibility. - Leadership usually just wants a quick fix without thinking about the bigger picture, which often causes more problems down the line, especially with managing and keeping people. - It’s kind of ironic, considering it's a mental health company, but there seems to be little real concern for the mental health of the people.

      Fast-paced startup environment where you are doing high-impact work to help patients with severe depression. Solid team and no-BS leadership.

      Cons

      As any startup, the problems you solve are dynamic, challenging, and often urgent, the environment may not be for everyone. Not a place to rest and vest, though the work-life balance is better than many other similar-sized startups and the culture is friendly.
