Close team and everyone is very good at what they do and helps each other learn.

Growing fast so there is very little downtime.

You get to jump right into the action at Osky Blue, despite being an intern I was already able to start making a worthwhile impact by the end of the first week. Jeff is also great about always being able to be approached for questions. You also get to wear several hats a day which is very useful for trying to figure out what you do and don't enjoy about the industry.

Being on the smaller side of mid level startups, it's up to you to determine your ceiling as an employee. You have the opportunity to do a lot, but you will be limited if you don't push for more.
