They have almost everythig very well organised. There is a process, procedures and templates for almost everything. So you don't feel like you have to improvise or dessign the tools you need all the time, like in other companies i've been working.

Too stressing and with an obvious lack of HHRR. The directors tend to avoid hiring the necessary people for the team. I think it is because their sallary is inversally proportional to the amount of money needed for the tasks to be done. Wrong policy, in my opinion. There are no facilities for the people working there to park their vehicles.

Business is conducted in a serious and professional manner. They have a impressive portfolio of clients and a good office location. They reward good work with things like iPad's and iPhone's.

Pay is too low, I was earning 50% more in my last employment. The CEO gets a big wage increase but the staff rarely do. Not everybody wants something from Apple, just to get properly rewarded for their talents and expertise.
