Pros

None. Other than air conditioning, there is little to say about this company. Some of the staff are funny and friendly, but management completely kills any sunshine you might find here.

Cons

Everything. From not disclosing that they hold your first 40 of employment until termination. Never mentioned in interview...hmm? One week of training is literally sitting there listening to someone on the phone. Wow! Great product training. Absolutely hands down, the most intense micromanagement on earth. If you go to the bathroom , get up from your desk to ask a question, Oser the owner, will call your desk and ask why are you not on the phone. 4-6 sales meetings a day, ALL emails checked , phone calls are listened in on, proposals are all questioned, continuous hounding about why proposal are not closed (even though potential clients may need a couple of hours), insults verbalized in front of all sales staff...all this to humiliate you, degrade you and micromanage you. I really can't worn you enough about this place. The base salary may seem attractive, especially for under paying Tucson, but you WILL regret this place after just one day. I only worked for a month and saw so many people walk out, quit never come back during break etc. Absolutely the worst place I have ever worked.

Pros

99% of the time, you won't have to take your work home with you. The balance between your work and your social life is decent, and you will likely work with some decent people.

Cons

This company is an absolute meat grinder. Front desk employees are treated like maids, Sales representatives are given horrendous sales scripts that focus on bullying people into sales and giving empty promises rather than establishing good rapport and delivering a quality product, and the Production department is overworked, underpaid, and wholly unappreciated. If you take an attitude of "I'll just work hard and eventually they'll see what I'm worth," be prepared for utter disappointment. You'll be met with increased expectations with no compensation, or worse, gain the personal spite of senior management. Do not be fooled by the 5-star reviews that popped up recently- those are attempts by senior management to cover the truth about the company and its reputation (Notice how all the good reviews are posted the same day). This is not a company that embraces work ethic and initiative- it openly scorns it. Google the company, in fact. When "lawsuits" is the second term to come up, it should raise some red flags.
