Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that parking costs in a downtown environment can be frustrating, especially with rising living expenses. Like many businesses located in major downtown areas, paid parking is a common challenge. While we are unable to fully eliminate those costs, we do offer pre-tax Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options that can help reduce the financial impact, and we continually work to negotiate improved parking rates and options with nearby garages for our employees.
We are also sorry to hear that your experience with leadership, communication, and development opportunities did not meet expectations. At Osborn, we believe professional growth and career path discussions are important and should be ongoing conversations between employees and their supervisors — not limited to formal review periods alone. In addition to regular check-ins, we conduct formal performance discussions at minimum twice per year to help support feedback, development, and goal setting.
