This organization is in a state of continual decline, largely due to ineffective leadership and a lack of clear strategic direction. Decisions often appear reactive rather than thoughtful, resulting in constant shifts in priorities, confusion across teams, and little confidence in the company's future. Leadership frequently seems disconnected from the realities employees face, and there is little evidence that feedback from staff is genuinely considered or acted upon. Turnover is exceptionally high, with talented employees regularly leaving for more stable and supportive environments.
