Pros
Uncharacteristically committed to the professional development of both employees and managers. The working culture is very respectful, fair, and very supportive without being cocky about it - which is not the case with many of the other large Brokerage Firms for which to work. Diversity of employees is astounding - not what you would expect. All are talented and good people and good to work with. Management helps a lot to make it feel safe and not political. They have very talented leadership, which is being unified strongly by the CEO Jamie Price and Exec Chairman Valerie Brown, who are very dynamic and genuine and who have a 'face to face' approach in their leadership. The company noticeably changed and has greater autonomy and freedom since their de-affiliation with AIG at the beginning of 2016 and has grown significantly since then. Professional advancement is very viable here – it is very supported and encouraged in practical ways. The benefits are comprehensive, surprisingly good, and generous.
Cons
Payroll compensation is slightly lower than industry standards.
