10yYou will likely have found that disparity in income between salaries, were not reflective of the origin of workers, but the result of subcontractors not receiving the same salary as our direct employees.
In Orwell we pay at market rate and we can justify any differences in pay which will be reflective only on experience and skillset.
The dispersions and hugely inaccurate statements made in this review are unrealistic and themselves dishonest.
Whilst all companies will have opportunities to improve, we are continually working to increase employee engagement as our recent internal survey (March 2016) demonstrates:
