      Pros

      - Amazing team. People were so lovely to work with.

      Cons

      - Micromanaging CTO who has a tendency to harrass/bully team members he isn't happy with. - No team leads. All developers report directly to CTO. CEO is CTO's brother. - Poor gender diversity. High rate of women leaving. Ask yourself why? - Focus on speed rather than code quality. Can make it difficult to work in the code base. Duplicated code and no tests. It's not worth it. DO NOT work here.

      Decent product and salary for the role.

      Cons

      Toxic culture with micromanagement DNA. The best example is, when my father passed away the team sent me flowers but in the same breath they put me on what was basically a PIP in that same quarter of my father getting progressively ill and passing away.
