Pros
The portfolio of product is great however not enough new product lunch. All lunches get canceled due to micromanagement of VP.
Cons
Extreme favoritism by leadership based on “circle of trust,” “good old boys club.” If you connect the dots you will quickly find that opportunities have been given only to people that were within the circle, not based on knowledge, qualification, and experience. HR is a nightmare. Any conversation is ignored or used against you. I highly recommend that you stay away from this company if you are a female. Do your research on VPs, directors, hiring manager before making a move.
