Pros

I've never worked anywhere that has this many positive, happy people who are so invested in the job they're doing. Being around smart people inspires me. The company is young and hearing about future plans and strategy, I can't help but be excited about all the possibilities around the corner. I've also never had a CEO that has been so approachable, so willing to discuss transparently where the company is headed, and who is genuinely excited about not just the big picture but is someone who takes the time to recognize the work of his employees at every level.

Cons

It's a small company who recently had a lot of necessary staffing changes to ensure a positive company culture and to make sure that it has the right people onboard to go where it needs to go. At every company (big and small), changes bring about fear to those who choose not to try to understand what's going on and some don't handle that well...at a small company, you stand out if you don't have a good attitude, which also means the positive people can more easily feel effects of the negative ones (even if there's only few of them).

Pros

Great Pay Great Benefits Great people Great expertise within the teams

Cons

Covid took away some of that great atmosphere and feel when we all worked from home, otherwise it's the best place I have ever worked for.

Pros

The company has an awesome benefit package. A great office space but too crowded. Most people are dedicated to doing a good job. Great product but needs to be more reliable. Free lunch two days per week.

Cons

Favoritism exists, as hard working knowledgable employees get overlooked constantly. Core values seem not to apply to the executive team. It feels like a "boys club". Many managers lead by intimidation. Laziness exists among certain employees. Management changes business direction too much to get the job done correct and efficiently. There is usually a crisis "du jour". Product pipeline is very weak and true information is not provided to employees which makes it hard to prioritize project related tasks. Always behind in product development time lines. Backorders are a normal occurrence due unreliable manufacturers and poor product performance during reliability testing.
