Surgeons and staff are friendly and welcoming.

Management micromanages their employees constantly.

Overtime was offered, but not expected. Cafeteria discount.

It is always management that drives people away, and this company is the same. I did not feel supported by my supervisors. No action was taken to coworkers who created a hostile and negative work environment. My opinions were dismissed and that it discouraged me to speak out about ideas I had to improve the work flow.
