Pros

They really try to keep us updated on changes in policies and they focus a lot on patient safety. I like the fact that when I walk through the door, I don't feel like I'm putting my license on the line and I can take good care of my patients. I like the information I get from my supervisors about my work: other places I've worked tell you nothing--likely because the supervisors know nothing and do not have the time to care. Best place I've ever worked as a nurse.

Cons

The work is very fast paced (but some nurses thrive in this environment). Too many people complain about how bad they have it which can be a drag--but they should go work somewhere else for a while to see how bad things are everywhere else. It's hard to be a nurse right now, anywhere--too many things the government thinks should be a priority.

Pros

the people are amazing and the job was easy. I was a traveler but the staff nurses seemed to make a good hourly wage compared to local hospitals pay.

Cons

can be redundant and long hours on your feet.
